The three databases, Astro-Infor, ASMUS and Amfora is now accessible i the top right corner of every page on this site. In addition the colour code of the databases is used in the top area of every page. Every database have a sitemap on their front page now as well. As a reault an overview of the site will be simpler to obtain.
Our research journal CORNELIUS has been issued for two years now and stops by newyear 2005.as a webbased and free magazine It is merged with the enhanced, all colour magazine HOROSKOPET, which from now on will carry articles on astrology research and documentation.
Danish Renaissance astrologers
The Danish astrology in the Renaissance was not limited to Tycho Brahes achievements though he was by all standards the greatest. Half a dozen more names has been added to the museums memorial pages through scruteny of old texts.
The Biographical Collection of the museum has taken steps to establish memorial pages for historical and late contemporary danish astrologers.. Knowing its heritage is of importance to any profession.
Memorial Pages will only consist of previously published material and is now the main entrance to the Biographical Collection on this site.
Exactly half of our visitors are danish. The other half are international visitors from more than 50 countries around the globe - here listed according to frequency of visit
The homepage has limited access to three databases at Museum of Astrology:
Their contents is shown as bibliographies and overviews prior to their later online access
Many more visitors
The homepage was accesed by more than 40.000 visitors in 2003 which is 30 % more thna the previous year. Our newletter and research journal iwas being dowloaded in increasing numbers and the museum was represented in more than half a million 'hits'. Not bad for a small special museum.
